INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this paper is to discuss the technical aspects of the AdWords program, ie, key terms you need to know, and exactly how to make your AdWords ads effectively.

Then is a list of terms based on what you need to know before using Google AdWords. If you use AdWords, you should be familiar with all these terms.
Cost 1) per-click (CPC)
As the title suggests, is the amount you pay each time someone clicks on your AdWords ad. Keywords (reading more on the keywords "Keyword Analysis (Search Engine Optimization) Internet marketing, and my other AdWords Basics Section) will cost different amounts for clicks based on their popularity. The items listed above discuss how to identify certain keywords cheaper.
Impressions 2)
The number of times your ad appears on Google search results. Your ad will be triggered to make an impression when someone searches the words key. Your print ad will not necessarily every time someone looks for your keywords, depending on their competitors to know how many other people also use their word key in your AdWords campaigns.
3) Clicks
The number of times someone has clicked on your ad.
4) Click through rate (CTR)
The CTR will be used by Google to determine to what extent, and therefore with Google, your ads are relevant. The CTR is the number of times that someone has done click on your ad divided by the number of impressions (the ad is less relevant for Google if it appeared to many times but nobody is clicking). CTR is very important. Google rewards you for relevancy, Google will give a better investment for less money, the higher the clickthrough rate. Your goal in AdWords will not be primarily to improve your CTR, which depend on the quality of your ad. First you want your keyword in the title of the notice (see my other AdWords Basics for More details about this). Secondly, just write quality ads, that is, ads that attract readers' attention. I do not pretend to be an expert on this issue, and there is much you can learn about this in Perry Marshall Definitive Guide to Google AdWords. You can significantly improve your CTR, however, Split test your ads. Again, for details, see my other AdWords Basics section.
The exact formula that Google uses to determine relevance the announcement is not exactly known for anyone. For example, Google will also use variables such as length of stay an average person in your page, or relevance page is actually to your listing (to ensure that the content of your advertising is exactly what you want to link).
Cost 5) for conversion
It is especially important as your CTR. This is the amount of money you will pay for a conversion. A conversion so that you may still be someone in the next page, or it could be something to buy someone. Clearly, however, does not want to pay more for the conversion you do each conversion. Google will continue the cost per conversion for you, but you must add HTML. Go on "Conversion Tracking", then "Create a new action," then enter the information and get the HTML code. This code should not go on landing page, but the page in which a person on earth after being converted, ie, after they buy something, or is all you want on your page. Your goal in AdWords, and increase your CTR should reduce the cost per conversion.
6) Current Budget
This is the amount of money they spend in a day of campaigning. Obviously, If you set a budget that will not go, you must set its budget. If not, can have huge problems in spending more money than you have. Unfortunately, Google will pay more attention to you if you have a big budget. If you pay only $ 5 per day, or so, Google could not give it much attention, and may not see your ad a lot.
