adwords qualified individual

You've decided to find someone to manage your AdWords account and the company you choose will be showing their Google Adwords Qualified Company Logo. So you can relax knowing that your account will be managed by a qualified person.
Wrong. Its no guarantee at all.
You want to be forgiven by think that a company that proudly displays the logo of Google AdWords Qualified Company must have many highly qualified individuals. Certainly that's what the award means it is not.
Well, actually, not so. Not promise any of that.
The truth of the matter is that Google has two titles in the professional status.
The first is that a qualified person Adwords. Anyone with this issue has passed the examination of Google and all other criteria for a qualified person.
To become an AdWords Qualified Company requirements are as follows (taken directly from the files through Google):
1) Have management billing and mailing in a country where company qualification is available.
2) Use at least two Qualified Individuals in the program. Individuals must be eligible under the main company registered in your MCC account and not their own.
3) Develop and maintain a minimum of 90 days required by customer spending total (amount varies by country), on behalf of MCC Company
So any company, regardless of size, needs to have two specialists approved to claim a qualified company.
My fear is that someone who would commit a Qualified AdWords can assume that they become a qualified person to manage their AdWords campaigns. Of course, you could, but again you can not!
My advice is check before hiring any company that you are getting what you think you pay. Ask them to manage your account and ask for identification AdWords professional so you can see for yourself who have passed the criteria.
